Wonderful tool for bending strips of pliable metal into a cuff shape (great for nickel silver, brass, copper, aluminum)
Nylon jaws are gently curved to provide an ideal curve for cuff bracelets. Just squeeze gently down the length of the bracelet until the ideal curve is produced.
These jaws are designed to take very little hand strength to operate.
You can use a knife to carve the nylon jaws to get a different pattern or shape, if desired.
Design idea:
~Stamp words or designs on the flat metal bracelet blank.
~Blacken the letters to make them more visible.
~Form the cuff with these pliers
~Throw your piece in the tumbler with stainless steel shot to buff out any rough edges and give it a beautiful polish. This also work-hardens the piece to minimize bending it out of shape.
Replacement jaws are available.
