This versatile dapping bench block set includes a thick vulcanized firm rubber base which absorbs shock and noise, plus a 2" square solid hardened steel block for stamping, chasing, and flattening.
The steel block sits snugly in the rubber base, and it is removable.
This is a well-made set and allows you to hammer without creating excess noise and vibration at the bench.
You can use the black rubber side for setting rivets or for hammering items that need a little softer touch.
