Amazing Clear Cast works best if cast in sections less than 3/8" thickness. Can be used as a casting resin or as a clear coat. When pouring into a non-silicone mold, mold release must be applied to allow release between the Amazing Clear Cast and the mold.
Tips for a successful experience:
~ Pour as soon as you have slowly and thoroughly mixed the Amazing Clear Cast. If left in the cup, it will generate heat and cure more quickly
~ It is temperature sensitive and will cure faster in warmer conditions.
~ Pouring thick sections may not allow the bubbles to float to the top and pop before the resin hardens, which may result in air being trapped in your casting.
~ Surfaces for coating must be dry, sanded, free from dust and dirt, level, and clean. Porous woods should be sealed prior to coating to prevent air from leaking out of the wood and causing air bubbles in the coating.
Heed all reasonable precautions with use of this product. Follow all instructions on the packaging.
