Instructions:
1. Select a mandrel based on the ring diameter you want, and screw it into the plastic base.
2. Insert wire into the small hole in the base, then secure the end by folding it down.
3. Hold the mandrel and wire with one hand and place one finger from the other hand into the large hole in the base. Rotate it clockwise to make the wire form a coil around the mandrel.
4. Remove the coil and cut it with a flush cutter to create separate open rings.
