We DO accept returns.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do what we can to help.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Of course, if the mistake was ours, we will make it right for you!
Change of Address
We ship super-fast! Often, our folks pull your order fresh off the printer and head straight to the warehouse! That means you don’t have much time to correct an address error. Email us immediately and we will accommodate IF we can.
